Are you a passionate sales administrator looking for a dynamic role that blends sales support, administration, and office management? If so, we want to hear from you!

Your new role

  • Sales Order Processing: Efficiently handle and process sales orders.
  • Distributor support : delivery coordination, stock inventory
  • Administrative support to the sales team
  • 3PL Coordination: Ensure timely dispatch and invoicing with third-party logistics.
  • Stock inventory analysis
  • Process payments from clients where required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Work Ethic: Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a small team.
  • ERP/CRM Experience: Proficient with MYOB Advanced/CRM or similar systems.
  • Sales administration and Support Experience: Experience in wholesale/manufacturing/distribution business operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Industrial/technical product experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, report preparation.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
