We are seeking an experinced Senior Finance Administrator in Stapylton QLD, for an immediate start!

About the Role
The role is responsible to perform finance services for the contract including administrative activities. Your focus will be -
- accounts payable and receivable ensuring accuracy and timelines are met
- month end consolidations including assisting with appropriate allocation of costs relevant to work orders, general journals etc.
- payroll and assist with system cost/sell rates
- end to end subcontractor management including contracts, reporting, registers, dockets, records, payments, invoices, VisRes management etc.
- general office administration including overseeing stationery, utilities, kitchen supplies, uniforms, travel, accommodation, mail, meeting room schedules etc.
- provide leadership and direction to finance administrators
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in relevant field (commerce, accounting etc.) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and Ariba
- Good understanding of accruals, accounts payable / receivable
- Sound administrative skills
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team
- Supply management / subcontractor management experience
