They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Adviser to join their dynamic team in a busy role that will see you work alongside Advisers who deliver high quality advice to clients in the wealth creation/accumulation phase. This role will suit someone with a great foundation in Financial Planning, who is looking to take the next step in their career and become an Associate Adviser. You might be a Client Services Manager looking to take the next step, or currently an Associate who is after some further career progression.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work alongside an Adviser and provide 1:1 support
• Attend client meetings, taking notes and formulating advice strategies based on the information provided
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing timely advice and updates on their financial strategies and portfolio performance
• Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, superannuation, tax, and insurance.
• Conduct research on financial products, markets, and strategies to assist in the development of tailored financial plans.
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with industry regulations and internal policies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in the financial planning industry in either a client services or associate level role
• Relevant industry qualifications with the willingness to complete further study if necessary
• Strong communication skills and high degree of professionalism
• Willingness to learn and further your career in financial planning
