About the Role: As an Associate Adviser, you will serve as a crucial link between clients, the Adviser, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all. We are seeking a motivated professional ready to build a career in financial advising, with a strong commitment to becoming a successful advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partners
• Documentation & Advising: Coordinate with support teams to prepare and review advice documents, ensuring high-quality delivery of services
• Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service at all times
• Administrative Coordination: Manage pre and post-meeting activities, including client documentation and follow-ups
• Mentoring: Offer support and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant industry qualification (e.g., Degree in Business, Economics, or a Diploma of Financial Planning)
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and familiarity with Xplan CRM
• Minimum two years of professional experience in a related role, such as Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, or Client Support
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
