The Role

As an Associate Risk Financial Adviser, you’ll work closely with experienced advisers and directors to provide tailored insurance and risk protection strategies for high-net-worth clients. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise in a highly supportive environment while enjoying two days of work-from-home flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in managin client relationships and act as a key point of contact for risk-related inquiries.
• Attend client meetings alongside Senior Advisers and Directors.
• Research, develop, and implement comprehensive personal and business risk strategies.
• Prepare tailored Statements of Advice (SOAs) for life, TPD, trauma, and income protection.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless client outcomes.
• Stay up to date with industry changes and contribute to risk strategy development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Paraplanner, Associate Adviser, or Risk Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of personal and business insurance strategies.
• Experience with Xplan or other industry software.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client management.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering quality financial advice.
