About the role

Join the team at Australian Wealth Advisers' as a Paraplanner / Associate adviser based in Hampton East, VIC. In this full-time role, you will support our experienced financial planning team in delivering high-quality financial advice to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of financial plans
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, investment projections, and other client-facing documents
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client financial strategies
• Collaborate with the financial planning team to ensure client needs are met
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide administrative support to the advisory team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial services role
• Completed or working towards a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients
• Proficient in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
• A genuine interest in the financial services industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
