About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing Damel Cleaning team in Karratha, WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our commercial cleaning services , ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our clients.

This is a full-time position based in Karratha.

About the Tasks

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, including scheduling, quality control, and resource allocation
• Oversee our team of cleaners and supervisors and provide leadership, training and development to ensure optimal performance
• Liaise with our clients to understand their requirements and ensure we meet or exceed their expectations
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for optimisation
• Collect, compile and manage invoices and debtors
• Provide general administration in the Damel's headquarters
• Supervise and process cleaning staff's timesheets on a weekly basis
• Run and organise Damel's depot

About You

• Significant experience in a similar operations management role, ideally within the commercial cleaning industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to respond to operational challenges
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the cleaning industry
• Proficient in using operational management software and data analysis tools
