The Role
Join our team at Arundel in the role of Retail Customer Sales Representative, Customer Sales Experience is required. Support ABC’s customer-centric ideals by utilising your well-developed customer service skills, and ability to grow our customer base, while supporting our existing customers.

Service the local market and help build our business to new heights by promoting our range of building products and exceptional service to a diverse range of customers.

What you can expect to do:

• Phone and counter sales.
• Seeking new leads and follow-up.
• General Sales Tasks
• Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include. builders, trade specialists and DIY’ers.
• Promotion and up-selling of new products and initiatives.
• Development and up-keep of in-store displays and promotional material.
• Stock management.
• Assisting with Dispatch and receiving goods.

The Candidate
Ideally, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes.

• Recent experience in a similar role & strong focus on customer service.
• Confidence in presenting our wide product & service range to our customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Building product knowledge would be highly advantageous.
