About the role

We are seeking a passionate and professional customer service representative to join our dynamic team at The Cheesecake Shop in Stanhope Gardens, NSW. As a full-time team member, you will be contributing to the overall success of our store.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
• Relative experience is must
• must have food handling certificate

Tasks & responsibilities

• must be punctual
• must be fast as we are very busy.
• Managing the stock
• ensure quality control
• must have good knowledge of cheesecake and mud cakes
• can work under pressure
• time management
• minimum 1 year contract

• Previous experience in serving customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store
