Position: Warehousing/Logistics Customer Service Representative x2

Locations: 1 position at Lytton QLD and 1 position a Port of Brisbane QLD.

An exciting opportunity is available for two customer-focused and highly organised professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. These roles require people who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoy problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate and track orders, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, operations team, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stocktakes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience (preferably in warehousing, transport, or logistics).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to take initiative.
