Here at IsAlbi, we are currently looking for Production Supervisor to lead our floral and potted arrangement team based out of our Truganina Warehouse. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract.

If you currently own an artificial floral arrangement, potted plant or tree; it more than likely came from our Truganina warehouse, made by our team. You will have the opportunity to support, manage and lead the team from the front in the production of these products, ensuring an exceptional standard of quality to drive the success of the team.

More about the Role

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the warehouse inventory through month end cycle counts.
• In conjunction with the Production Administrator, plan production based on production jobs.
• Coordinate production and/or assembly of components into finished products as per the samples provided and in a timely efficient manner.
• Conduct Sundry Ordering and Administration.
• Achieve desired production standards in line with arrangement costing sheets, replicating flower samples on either an individual or mass production basis.
• Manage the overall performance of the team and individuals to ensure a constant well-planned workflow and efficient use of both full time and casual staff members.
• Leverage your creativity and eye for detail to confirm the quality of stock, comparing the inventory against the product samples.
