About the role:

• Working with a two highly experienced Partners.
• Work on all facets of Employment law, with a high focus on industrial relations, wage compliance and sexual harassment.
• You will also be involved in defending employers on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination and termination of employment claims.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Lawyer (6+ PQE), with proven experience in employment law and a strong advisory background.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Able to come in and hit the ground running.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
