About the Role:
- Reporting to: NSW Regional Manager
- Location: NSW and ACT
- Full-time: Auburn, NSW
As NSW Sales Manager, you’ll lead project sales from tender to completion, providing technical support and working closely with the Specification and Regional Managers. You’ll convert project specs, manage accounts, and build strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive project sales and manage projects end-to-end.
- Technical Expertise: Offer contractor support under the National Sales Manager’s guidance.
- Project Leadership: Oversee client engagement and efficient project execution.
- Competitive Edge: Sub in Danpal solutions for competitor specs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with project and site managers.
- Business Development: Nurture existing relationships and open new business opportunities.
- Salesforce Management: Keep data accurate for analysis and reporting.
- Performance Tracking: Report on weekly activity and results, identifying growth areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Success: Experience in construction or building product sales with a focus on projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in facades, roofing, building envelopes, and energy efficiency.
- Great Communicator: Skilled in engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Organised Multitasker: Manage multiple projects with ease.
- Relationship Pro: Experience working with architects, builders, and engineers.
- Product Expertise: Knowledge of polycarbonate products is a plus.
