Team Leader - What’s the job all about?

The role of Team Leader will work closely with the Manager to effectively lead the operations of the team across the Workforce Program. Team Leaders play a dual role in leading, supporting and coaching a highly engaged, passionate and motivated team of Employment Consultants, as well as offering personalised support, performance management and implementing strategies to achieve positive participant, employer and team engagement.

• Team Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through regular team and individual meetings, providing ongoing feedback on performance and development.
• Support: Provide high level of support to Employment Consultants to ensure Program Delivery
• Drive: Proactively drive site and program performance.
• Oversee: Caseload management to ensure balanced workloads

Success in this role comes from strong leadership, effective communication and strategic thinking. We are looking for a leader to inspire and support their team.

Please note this position will be required to service a small caseload of participants
