About the Role:
We’re offering a permanent part-time position requiring you to work at our Newport and Niddrie clinics on the following days:
- Monday – Niddrie clinic (9:00 am – 7:00 pm) 449 Keilor Road Niddrie
- Thursday – Newport clinic (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) 443 Melbourne Road Newport

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in medical or allied health reception (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of Cliniko or Nookal practice management software (a plus but not required).
- A reliable, proactive team player who can cover/swap shifts with a job-share colleague when needed.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing phone calls, bookings, and invoicing.
- Handling correspondence and maintaining records.
- Assisting with instrument sterilisation (training provided).
- Managing inventory, clinic supplies, and general clinic organisation.
- Liaising with external health professionals and clinics.
