What's the role?

As an Appointment Setter at The Arc Agency, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our network of industry relationships. You'll work alongside our experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify and engage with potential clients in the building sectors.

What are your responsibilities as an Appointment Setter?

• Outbound Prospecting and Calling to book appointments for our BDM team
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting
• Collaborate with BDMs to develop effective prospect strategies and engagement plans
• Schedule and arrange discovery meetings for BDMs with potential clients
• Conduct initial needs assessment calls with prospects

Who are you?

• You aren't afraid to get on the phone and reach out to cold contacts
• Previous experience in appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
• Resilient professional who can handle objections professionally
• Strong communicator with excellent phone manner and writing skills
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
• CRM experience preferred but not essential - SalesForce or Hubspot
• Australian Working Rights are essential

• Demonstrated high performance in previous roles

Location:

Based in either Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide, with flexibility for remote working arrangements.

This is a part-time role of 3 days per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
