Training Manager (First Aid) Full Time / Part-Time (Negotiable)

Salary: $100,000 gross pa + super

Location: Gold Coast

Paradise First Aid is seeking a qualified trainer and assessor with experience or an interest in RTO training management.

This exciting new position suits someone seeking diversity in their role. It allows the successful candidate to continue delivering face-to-face training while also having administrative and management responsibilities and accountability.

You will work closely with our training team and general manager to strengthen our current training practices and take the lead in training management and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent skills and knowledge in the following:

• Training facilitation including face-to-face and blended styles of facilitation
• First aid and emergency care practices and guidelines
• First aid units of competency, HLTAID009 - HLTAID015 and Occupational First Aid
• Information technology systems and software programs, including PowerPoint. Previous use of aXcelerate or similar LMS system is very beneficial.
