In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our medical practice.

• Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
• Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service-focused role within the healthcare industry
