About the role…
We are seeking a Legal Administration Officer to join our Melbourne team. The role is an office based position which offers the right candidate an opportunity to experience and work closely with a variety of different departments (within the business), in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves:
- Processing of daily incoming work daily
- Answering client calls, emails and queries
- Assisting the Accounts Department with processing payments and client refunds
- Liaising with court staff on a daily basis
- Assisting team with diary management
- Quality assurance of completed transcripts
- General admin and ad hoc duties as required
- Creating annotations of court hearings
- Typing/quality assurance of transcription documents
About you…
To be successful in the role, you will
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with high level of accuracy
- Always be professional in appearance and behaviour
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with can do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Be willing to undergo security clearances
