About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration while providing top-notch customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the team with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Answering customer inquiries via phone and email

✅ Processing orders, invoices, and maintaining accurate records

✅ Assisting with scheduling and coordination of deliveries

✅ General office administration and support to management

✅ Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
