Our client, a commercial head contractor has a small high performing team building for a range of private and government clients, and have built a reputation for delivering the highest levels of client service, value and build quality. The Directors are extremely quality driven and the team focus on finding solutions to solving complex construction issues for their clients. They all work extremely well as a team and with their project partners.

Working on a Construct only tier two sized project we are looking to engage a Project Manager to deliver this project and can potentially go on to progress as the business continues to grow. This can be discussed individually with candidates depending on skill level and where you would like to take your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Executing the project in line with the scope and program
• Executing the project profitably, together with your onsite team
• Completing the works in accordance with contractual documentation/Australian Standards/Quoted works
• Effectively managing day to day functions
• Preparing weekly project status reports for Management and monthly Cost to Complete reports
• Managing progress claims and variations for each assigned project in conjunction with the Administrator.
• Ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Technical qualifications in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management
• High level of professionalism with a focus on quality driving engagement and successful delivery of the project
• 10 years + previous experience in Project Management
• An excellent understanding of full project life cycle - experience in project delivery start to finish
• Solid understanding of Building Services, Mech & Elec disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders

This role is offering up to $300k + super.
Dependant on experience, to be discussed with individuals.
