About the Role:
As a Tier 1 HSE Manager, you’ll oversee safety across large, high-profile civil infrastructure projects, including roading, tunnels, bridges, and more. Your role will ensure that safety policies, risk assessments, and safety audits are strictly adhered to, while leading teams to maintain high standards across multiple sites. You will also manage incident investigations and drive continuous safety improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a proactive safety culture that influences all project stakeholders, making safety a priority from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement HSE policies and procedures across major infrastructure projects
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections on construction sites

• Provide expert advice to senior management on safety issues and compliance

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Tier 1 companies, ideally within the civil infrastructure, construction, or similar industries
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• Experience in leading and influencing safety initiatives in large, complex projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
