Our client is a well-known & long standing privately owned civil contractor. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time. They now turnover $60M and target projects across civil, utilities and renewables

They secure their projects through hard dollar and design & construct tendering as well as negotiated and ECI arrangements.

The role will lead, manage, mentor, and improve a team of 2 estimators ranging (intermediate and Senior Estimator). This role is a managerial position; however, you’ll be responsible for estimating some projects too.

To be considered the successful candidate will come from a civil contractor with extensive experience tendering projects $20m+ along with leading a team. They will be a natural leader who enjoys driving improvements in their staff. They will be a real thinker with an analytical mind capable of breaking projects down and looking for opportunities.

In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with an executive management position with a highly regarded and financially stable contractor, who’s going through a growth phase. Salary will be genuinely flexible depending on previous experience with a range starting at $250,000 - $300,000 package.
