About the role
As an Operations Team Leader, you will manage and support Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers in both the Northern Territory and Tasmanian regions to ensure the successful delivery of the GP Training Program. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager for Tasmania and the Northern Territory, the role oversees stakeholder engagement, operational improvements, and service excellence, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
As our Operations Team Leader, you'll also:
- manage and guide training support staff for high performance across Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
- enhance GP training processes, manage cases and provide program advice.
- build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- ensure quality delivery of the GP Training Program across both regions.
Our Operations Team Leader must be based in Tasmania with regular travel to the Northern Territory required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience leading teams in training or service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and manage complexity.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
