We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist & Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for our valued clients while providing essential marketing and administrative support to our Director and Sales team.

The Role

• Monday – Friday (no weekends)

• General reception and front-office duties

• Providing administrative and marketing support to the Director and Sales team

• Creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage phone, email, and walk-in enquiries efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

• Assist with preparing and managing sales listings

• Efficient use of CRM systems to manage client data

• Oversee general office, meeting room, and reception area management

• Assist with data entry, photocopying, archiving, and document preparation

• Ensure a clean, professional, and well-organized office environment

• Support the team with various administrative tasks as required

What We Are Looking For

• Strong ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work proactively

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• A customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

• Previous real estate or administration experience (preferred but not essential)

• A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (preferred but not required)

• A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the real estate industry
