About the Role

Real Estate Services by Mirvac is looking for a proficient Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role, located in Green Square office, is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will play a key role in the success of our thriving real estate business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, encompassing client enquiry management, appointment scheduling, and meticulous maintenance of sales records.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, sales contracts, and other critical documentation.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open inspections, ensuring a professional and engaging encounter for prospective buyers.
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the sales process.
  • Enhance the overall efficiency and organisation of the sales department.
  • Execute other administrative duties as required to support broader real estate operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with an aptitude for prioritising tasks and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems; familiarity with Agentbox is advantageous.
  • Acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A collaborative mindset and a flexible approach to supporting the broader sales team.
  • A driving licence and car are required for occasional travel between offices in Glebe and St Leonards.
  • A Certificate of Registration is beneficial for this role.
