About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist / Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and support our high-performing sales team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is motivated to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Managing calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and preparation of communication & marketing materials.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and property inspections.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy, organised workspace.
  • Updating and managing client information in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills in particular Microsoft Office & Google Suites in addition to a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A positive, professional demeanour and a “can-do” attitude.

Additional Requirements:

  • While a Real estate certificate is a requirement for the position, this may be obtainable within the first 3 months of employment for the right applicant
