We’re on the hunt for a National Operations Manager who can take full
ownership of operational strategy, team leadership, and process
improvement to ensure the business continues to thrive and scale successfully.
This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a balance of visionary
thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership skills to inspire teams,
implement change, and drive operational excellence.
THE ROLE
Leadership & Team Engagement:
Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across multiple
locations
Lead with vision, strategy, and courageous conversations to drive
performance
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous
improvement
Align teams with business objectives and ensure smooth day-to-day
operations
Operational Excellence & Strategy:
Drive efficiency, process improvement, and best practices across all
operations
Set and track KPIs to ensure team and business success
Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with business
growth
Identify areas for automation, system improvements, and cost efficiencies
Customer & Quality Focus:
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain high-quality standards across all products, services, and processes
Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align
operations with business goals
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Lead change management initiatives to enhance productivity and business
performance
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and operational
innovations
Build and implement scalable systems and processes for long-term success
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in an
environment that values innovation, engagement, and high performance.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Proven experience as a National Operations Manager, General Manager,
or similar senior leadership role
Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach—you inspire, engage,
and bring out the best in teams
Ability to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and implement process
improvements
Experience leading multi-site operations within manufacturing, wholesale,
or related industries
Strong business acumen with a focus on growth, strategy, and continuous
improvement
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience working with KPIs, budgets, operational metrics, and system
implementation
High-level project management and ability to oversee multiple business
functions
BONUS POINTS FOR:
Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence
frameworks
Passion for driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous
improvement
