Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred support to individuals with psychosocial disabilities and neurodivergent conditions

Assist participants in developing social and emotional skills that promote independence

Implement trauma-informed approaches to support daily living and community participation

Facilitate meaningful engagement and connection with family, community, and services

Maintain a supportive and psychologically safe environment for all participants

Communicate effectively with participants, their networks, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities or neurodivergence
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation, and social skills development
• Relevant qualifications in mental health, social work, disability support, or allied health (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to fostering inclusivity, autonomy, and social well-being
