We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for assisting in leading the Front Office and Concierge teams.

The successful candidate will:

  • Leading the check in, checkout experience with the Front Office team
  • Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty program
  • Effectively communicating with all other departments including maintaining the daily reports, and leading the operation briefings for the team
  • Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
  • Bringing energy and “can do” attitude to the Lobby and team

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience with Opera
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communications and listening skills
  • The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests essential
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • First Aid certificate
