We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our business growth through innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales initiatives, executing marketing plans, and optimizing customer engagement to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximise the company's sales and customer loyalty.
2. Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's services and reach a wider audience.
3. Create and reinforce brand image and loyalty to drive increased consumption of the company's services.
4. Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing direction and performance feedback.
5. Manage and maintain company social media presence, website content, and online advertising.
6. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant Australian laws and industry regulations related to the Liquor industry marketing and advertising.

• Understanding of Australian consumer and advertising laws.

At least one year work experience in sales and marketing required.
