Business Development Representative (SaaS OR Gov)

9-10 Month Contract with strong chance of conversion to Permanent

$96K + Super base / $120k + Super OTE

We are currently hiring for two Business Development Representative to join this business in a role where you'll be in charge developing one of two patches;

1. Public Sector - driving product adoption across new and existing government customers Australia wide
2. SaaS Sector - driving product growth in greenfield clients as well as increasing uptake across existing accounts

The successful candidate will have strong sales experience with SaaS and/or Government industry experience being highly desirable. You'll come with a wealth of knowledge on how to build relationships as well as an understanding of Sales techniques. This role is well suited to candidates with a can-do attitude, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The public sector focused role requires experience within the Australian market and full work rights (PR or Citizenship). The SaaS Sector role is open to applicants with full work rights as well as highly qualified candidates on Working Holiday Visas, with high performers having a chance at sponsorship.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years experience within a BDR or Sales role within the SaaS or Public sector
• Demonstrated ability to produce outcomes within Business Development in previous roles
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self driven, Go-getter attitude with ability to work autonomously
• Full Work Rights or a Working Holiday Visa

Desirables:

• Experience within a large SaaS or Tech firm
