About the role

As a Business Development Manager/Sales Representative at Outrite Hire and Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion into new markets. This full-time position is based in Eastern Creek, NSW, and will involve developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintaining and managing a pipeline of sales leads and opportunities
• Providing feedback and insights to the sales and leadership teams to improve sales strategies and processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in new business development, preferably within the construction or related industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Passion for achieving sales targets and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
