Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office (Sydney)

Our client, Connected Medical Solutions is Australia’s leading provider of virtual emergency and health consultations, dedicated to making emergency care accessible 24/7. We provide clients with a virtual health ecosystem comprising GP's, Emergency Physicians for higher acuity presentations, Psychiatry and Psychology and Cardiology and Geriatrics. Connected Medical Solutions deliver essential services for organisations where rapid access to care is critical. As they expand their corporate client base, they are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative will play a vital role in driving growth by connecting CMS's virtual health ecosystem with corporate clients. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on making a real impact through outbound engagement and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls & Lead Generation: Conduct 50+ targeted outbound calls weekly to prospective clients in safety-sensitive industries.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and add new leads to the sales pipeline, meeting weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives to showcase services and develop solutions tailored to clients' care needs.
- Sales Follow-Up: Build and nurture relationships through follow-up communications to advance leads through the sales funnel.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, reporting on lead status, progress, and KPIs.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrated ability to engage cold leads and manage high volumes of outbound calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with potential clients.
- Self-starter mentality and a results-driven approach to sales.
- Experience in healthcare, emergency services, or high-accident industries is a plus.
- Full authorisation to work in Australia.
