Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their Sales team, reporting to the Licensing & Partnerships Manager. This role will involve working closely with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, seasonal manufacturing environment. This is a part time, temp opportunity for a 4 month period.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all customer orders, including processing and managing order status.
• Issue picking slips to the warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle customer stock enquiries, including managing phone calls, emails, and over-the-counter requests.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric attitude.
• Champion Kookaburra Sport branded product enquiries, ensuring clear communication with customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within customer service and/or logistics teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, efficient service.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage preferred, but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex customer instructions.
• A proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude with excellent organizational skills.
