Lead Payroll and Remuneration Strategy for a High-Growth Organisation

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end payroll processing (fortnightly and off-cycle runs) with accuracy and compliance
🔹 Develop and implement a remuneration and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives
🔹 Conduct market benchmarking to ensure salary competitiveness
🔹 Lead the annual salary review process, working closely with senior leadership
🔹 Ensure compliance with payroll tax, superannuation, and award requirements
🔹 Provide payroll expertise, upskill team members, and continuously improve payroll systems
🔹 Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll reporting, employee lifecycle changes, and risk mitigation
About You:
✔️ Extensive experience in payroll processing and remuneration management
✔️ Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax, and superannuation regulations
✔️ Expertise in market benchmarking and salary reviews
✔️ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
✔️ High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
💼 Experience working with Enterprise Agreements (EBA) and awards is highly desirable
