Preacta is pleased to be recruiting for this exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join a leading, forward-thinking fintech business undergoing significant a digital and operational transformation.

You’ll take ownership of a cross-functional program of work, driving end-to-end delivery across a range of business and technology initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership and multiple internal teams.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that blends program delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management – perfect for someone with a track record of leading large-scale, complex programs in Agile environments.

Candidates with strong payments experience, especially in the issuing and/or acquiring space will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives and key deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across technology, product, operations, legal, finance and marketing.
• Develop and manage detailed program delivery plans including milestones, timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies at scale across multiple squads (planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, release planning).
• Proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies through a robust RAID framework.
• Coordinate program governance, including Executive Steering Committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
• Deliver clear and concise reporting to C-suite executives, leadership teams, and relevant governance bodies.
• Lead financial oversight, tracking budgets, forecasts, and investment outcomes.
• Drive resource planning to ensure alignment between capacity and roadmap delivery requirements.
• Oversee scope and change control, ensuring all program adjustments are effectively managed and communicated.
• Champion change management practices to drive adoption across impacted business units.
• Ensure full regulatory and compliance alignment throughout all stages of the program lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs within fast-paced and agile environments.
• Strong background in Agile at scale, including hybrid delivery models and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and benefits realisation.
• Expertise in RAID management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, scheduling, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing Steering Committee and Executive-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce management.
• Industry experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise technology delivery highly desirable.
