About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead and oversee a comprehensive Cyber Security transformation program. Your role will drive the planning, execution, and governance of Cyber Security projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage enterprise-wide Cyber Security programs, ensuring alignment with the institution's strategic goals and risk management framework.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex Cyber Security projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Cyber Security, IT, compliance, risk management, and executive teams.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and technologies to support Cyber Security initiatives.
• Incident Response Coordination: Support the development and testing of incident response plans, ensuring preparedness for potential cyber threats.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security, IT governance, or program management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and Security Architecture
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with competing priorities.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cyber Security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements (e.g., FFIEC, GDPR), and emerging threats.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
