Fixed-Term | Up To 32 Hours Per Week
$27.75 Per Hour + Salary Packaging!
About the Role
Join the Maternity Outpatients team at Grampians Health Ballarat, providing essential antenatal and postnatal care. This role involves scheduling, patient administration, and team coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting. Flexibility in rostering is required, with weekend work on occasion.
- Schedule appointments, billing, and patient contacts
- Manage referrals and discharge documentation
- Support a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and allied health professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and billing
- Process referrals and discharge paperwork
- Work collaboratively with the Maternity Outpatients team
- Provide customer-focused reception and administration support
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Reception/administration experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules
- High attention to detail and ability to manage patient information
- Full training provided for the successful candidate
