About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team at LV Furniture Pty Ltd' in Broadmeadows, VIC. This is a casual position where you will provide key administrative support to our sales team, with a focus on utilising your proficiency with Business Central.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain customer records and sales orders in Business Central
- Process sales invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with sales reporting and data analysis
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
- Assist with creating local/interstate runs
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Business Central or other ERP systems
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
