The Role – Keep Everything Running Like Clockwork!

As a Sales & Administration Officer (Level 3), you’ll play a key role in supporting both our sales and admin teams to ensure our clients get the best service, orders are processed seamlessly, and operations stay efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Order & Sales Processing – Ensuring client orders are accurate and delivered on time.
✔️ Client Support – Answering questions, managing inquiries, and keeping our clients happy.
✔️ CRM & Data Management – Maintaining accurate records in Monday.com, MYOB & Microsoft Office.
✔️ Accounts Receivable & Invoicing – Keeping cash flow smooth and tracking payments.
✔️ Market Research & Sales Support – Assisting the sales team with insights and reports.
✔️ Logistics & Stock Control – Making sure what we need is where it should be—on time, every time.
✔️ Process Improvements – Identifying inefficiencies to help make our systems even better.

You’re not just an admin person—you’re the glue between sales and operations, keeping things on track and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • You have strong communication skills—whether it’s with clients, suppliers, or your team.

  • You are tech-savvy—MYOB, CRM systems, Microsoft Office. No problem.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in sales support, admin, or business operations.
