This role is essential in ensuring members have access to accurate pricing by collaborating with internal teams, such as the General Manager, Finance Manager, Advertising & Marketing, as well as external partners, including suppliers and contacts. Acting as the main point of contact for all pricing-related matters, the Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining seamless communication and collaboration among members, suppliers, and wholesalers.

Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align pricing strategies across 7 states.
- Maintain and update the Master Promotional Pricing File, including biannual CPI adjustments.
- Review, update, and coordinate promotional pricing changes and submit for loading.
- Oversee monthly promotional files, ensuring deals are sent to contacts for implementation.
- Create and manage monthly pricing reports.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Suppliers for biannual CPI evaluations and coordinate price adjustments.
- Analyse historical and current pricing trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist the Advertising and Marketing team with pricing for campaigns.
- Monitor market pricing to ensure promotional pricing remains competitive.
- Support members and suppliers by addressing pricing-related inquiries.
Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Australian Citizen and/or Permanent Resident
Proficient in advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the liquor or hospitality industry)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Excellent time management and communication skills
Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Familiarity with Buy and Sell processes
Background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Experience with Power BI
