The Role

Managing a team of two and reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic direction and leadership for the Learning function;
• Designing and implementing the Learning and Development strategy;
• Acting as the global lead for the Workday Learning implementation;
• Offering guidance, feedback, and reporting on the Workday roll out
• Leading the global roll-out of cultural initiatives, tailoring them for the Sydney site; and
• Serving as the program lead for culture, overseeing action plans, pulse checks, and surveys.

To Be Successful

• Prior experience in a similar role;
• Strong expertise in Workday (essential);
• A proven track record of developing and delivering effective learning strategies;
• Experience working with frontline, blue-collar, operational, or similar employee groups; and
• The confidence and ability to work with senior executives, influencing and fostering a stronger learning culture.
