Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and industry trends.
• Lead the company’s client diversification strategy and explore innovative approaches to expanding the customer base.
• Oversee overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial targets, and risk management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, or Senior Executive in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong business development acumen with a track record of scaling businesses and acquiring new clients.
• Solid background in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field).
• Financial literacy, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and drive performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience reporting to a Board of Directors.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
