Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating building inspections to support timely project delivery.
- Contribute to project progression by helping with documentation and approvals.
- Support document control to enhance operational efficiency.
- Help draft and prepare professional fee proposals to support business growth.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist with general office duties to maintain office functionality and operational flow.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Technical: Pursuing a degree in Building Surveying with basic BCA understanding.
- Systems: Intermediate skills in MS Office, OneNote, Excel, and file management.
- Learning: Engaged in continuous self-directed learning.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within the team.
- Initiative: Proactive in task completion and problem-solving.
- Results: Committed to excellence and goal achievement.
- Planning: Ability to align individual contributions with team and business goals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Building Surveying or equivalent, with completion in 6 to 8 months.
- Prior industry office experience is a plus, though not compulsory.
