Position Background
Our Welshpool office currently has an opportunity for a well presented, professional and customer focused individual to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract for parental leave coverage. This position will liaise between builders, our manufacturing department and the sub-contractors. The role is responsible for coordinating the installation of our products (frames, screens, glass). Full on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate. The person must be team orientated and customer focused.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Generate callups and work orders from incoming requests.
• Schedule the manufacture & installation of our product in accordance with set capacities
• Be a point of contact for our builders & contractors for bookings & onsite issues relating to deliveries or installs.
• Allocate installations to contractors.
• Maintain schedules, and provide updated manufacturing schedules to our factory.
• Place orders through our Supply department.
• Create and approve contractor interims for payment.
• Assisting with all queries from Sales Reps, Builders & contractors.

Required Experience and Aptitude

• Experience in customer service and the ability to problem solve.
• Be proactive in their work practices - well organised, with a proven ability to plan.
• Have a desire for ongoing development across soft skills and technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.

Desired Experience and Aptitude

• Has a sound knowledge of geography of the Perth Metro area for the purposes of scheduling installations to our contracting teams.
• Building industry experience / knowledge.
• Pronto experience.
