Position Description:
This fixed-term 12-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to join our Business Services Team, supporting the delivery and coordination of C-Res National Business engagement activities and driving program administration for the LBP. By providing critical administration support, the Business Services Administrators (BSA) manage the end-to-end workflow cycle from Work Instruction creation to payment, ensuring program utilisation is compliant and efficient and that payments are processed in accordance with business KPIs.
This position is ideally suited to someone with the following attributes:
- Strong administration and customer service skills with the ability to understand needs of suppliers/ stakeholders.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including use of Microsoft suite, range of websites, MYOB and Ariba or SAP knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Well-developed administration, organisational and problem solving/planning skills.

Qualifications
- Year 12 Certificate or above.
- Certificate III in Business (Administration).
Essential Skills & attributes:
- High level of communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills/interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or industry.
Desirable Skills:
- An understanding of the procurement process, tendering, would be advantageous.
