About the role
This role will be reporting to the Lead – Key Customer Engagement, the objective of this position is to support, monitor and analyse the Corporation’s performance with respect to Key Customer and Stakeholder relationship management to provide excellent customer service and ensure relationships with key customers and stakeholders are established and maintained throughout the State.

What you can expect with this role
- Support delivery of the Corporation’s customer engagement framework, delivering planning processes, setting, and tracking of business KPIs and leading internal engagement.
- Deliver analytical reporting to core business groups on performance outcomes against business KPIs.
- Manage administration of corporate systems, such as Customer Stakeholder Management (Salesforce), providing data management, process management, system advocacy, user support and training.
- Contribute to strategic projects to improve business outcomes and processes and system changes that deliver improved service offerings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in meeting internal and external stakeholder needs, providing innovative approaches to value-added analysis and reporting solutions.
Your skills & experience:
- Degree level qualification or substantial experience in a relevant discipline (e.g. business management, communications, Information Technology, data analytics)
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, Power Query, SQL, Business Warehouse and Power BI).
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Considerable experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies for driving and implementing process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to develop internal working relationships to support delivery of business programs, process improvement and change management.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform is highly desirable.
