The diverse and talented staff in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) play a central role in achieving ECU's vision, and in designing and implementing future-oriented teaching and learning strategies. With its base at the Joondalup Campus, the CLT delivers a comprehensive suite of services and programmes on campus and online that promote high quality learning and teaching outcomes for students and academic staff.
The CLT’s Educational Integrity team leads the whole-of-institution approach to academic integrity at ECU.
THE ROLE
The Educational Integrity Analyst is responsible for developing technological solutions and implementing improvements in the academic misconduct workflow. This may include the analysis of a range of institutional data sources to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies at an institutional level; implementing improvements in the case management system; and piloting new software for misconduct detection and management.
This will involve collaborating with professional and academic areas within the University to ensure compliance with relevant policy and legislation, to ensure a whole of university approach.
Capabilities
Suitable candidates will meet the following selection criteria:
- A postgraduate qualification and/or relevant experience working in a higher education setting;
- Demonstrated high level experience with program or software implementation or automation within a large organisation;
- High level communication skills and proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a range of stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and combine data from multiple sources and identify trends or risk areas.
- Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, Sharepoint, Excel, programming, or similar
- Commitment to excellence and equity in higher education, including experience interpreting and applying policies and rules.
Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience handling student academic misconduct or working with confidential and private information in a fair and equitable manner

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
