Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced barista who has a deep understanding of coffee craft and can confidently operate a ModBar. As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for creating top-quality espresso-based beverages, maintaining our coffee equipment, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the ModBar with proficiency, ensuring consistent and high-quality coffee preparation.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, hot beverages, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and ModBar equipment.
• Assist in training junior baristas, sharing your knowledge of coffee techniques and ModBar operation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all patrons.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.
• Extensive experience with ModBar or similar espresso equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a genuine love for customer interaction.
